My experience at Windmill Beach Villa was marred by numerous frustrations. Upon arrival, we were allotted the wrong room, and it took an unacceptable amount of time before we received the correct one. Each morning, I encountered issues with basic amenities. the hot water supply was inconsistent at best, resulting in cold showers that were quite uncomfortable after a long day out. The rooms were closer to a basic setup than the upscale experience that was promised in the advertisements.

Our group faced numerous issues during our stay. We received four out of five booked rooms on time, with the last one delayed by four hours. Two rooms lacked water, and the jacuzzi was dirty.

The staff provided exceptional service and the rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had great air conditioning! The outdoor pool was lovely and perfectly maintained. Proximity to great dining and exploration spots made it even better! ☀️🏊‍♂️
